Liability

By accessing this website you acknowledge that using the internet requires compliance with a set of laws, notably on copyright and on data protection. The publisher cannot be held liable for errors or omissions and reserves the right to change and update the website's content at any time.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and graphic elements of this website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission.

Personal data

The information you enter in the contact and booking request forms (name, email, phone, dates, family composition, message) is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to organise your stay. It is never sold or passed on.

Under the French Data Protection Act (law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978) you also have a right of access and correction, and you may object for legitimate reasons, on simple written request. No personal data is ever collected without your knowledge, and no bank card data is ever stored on this website. It is transmitted by our host Netlify, which processes the forms, then kept in our mailbox for as long as needed for our exchange, and at most three years after our last contact.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing by writing to lelodgedekeruster@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

No audience-measurement or advertising cookie is set without your consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, refuse all or choose by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting and does not affect use of the site. Your choice is kept for six months, then asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page.

Analytics cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google) and Bing (Microsoft Advertising) to produce statistics on the pages visited and visitor journeys, in order to improve the site.

Advertising cookies and social networks. With your consent we use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to show you, on those networks, ads adapted to your browsing, interests and preferences. These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Refusing does not stop advertising on the internet; it only means the ads you see will not take your browsing on this site into account.

The link to our Instagram account at the bottom of each page is a plain link: it sets no cookie unless you click it. We have no control over how social networks, Airbnb, Enjkey or Weeks Off collect information once you are on their sites.

You can also set your browser to accept or refuse cookies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Refusing may disable some features that depend on personalisation.

In the event of an unresolved dispute with us, you may refer the matter free of charge to the French travel and tourism ombudsman: MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage, BP 80 303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17, France (mtv.travel).
